How to Set Term and Semester Dates in VANAS LMS

Summary:
VANAS LMS allows institutions to define their term and semester dates. Courses will automatically open and close based on these dates, and students will only see their lessons when they become available on their desktops.

Steps to Set Term Dates

1. Log in with your Admin account

2. From the left side menu, select Term Dates

3. Click the Date Cycle button

4. Use the calendar to select a Start Date

5. Select one or more Programs for this start date

6. Choose the appropriate Level/Term

7. Click the Save button

Additional Options

• Active Checkbox: Enable this to display the date on the application form

• Select Diplomas: Automatically selects all diploma programs

• Select Certificates: Automatically selects all certificate programs
