How to Set Initial Class Times for the Application Form in VANAS LMS

Summary:
VANAS LMS allows institutions to define initial class times that will appear in the application form. These times are for promotional purposes and are not tied to the official class schedule, which may not be finalized yet.

Steps to Set Initial Class Times

1. Log in to VANAS LMS as an Administrator

2. From the left menu, select Initial Class Times

3. The list will be autopopulated from the data entered in Term Dates

   • If the list is empty, add your Term Dates first

4. Click on a specific Date Cycle

5. Select either Online or Combined (Onsite)

6. Click the + sign to select a specific Program

7. Enter the Start Dates and Class Times

8. Open your Application Link and verify that the class times appear correctly
