LMS: View Students Desktop

Summary

VANAS LMS provides multiple ways for administrators and teachers to view a learner’s desktop. Access depends on the user’s role and permissions within the system.

Steps

As an Administrator

1. Log in to VANAS LMS with your Admin account.

2. From the admin panel, select the Learners menu.

3. Click on the student name you want to access.

4. Click on the Super Admin Login icon.

You will now be able to view the learner’s desktop.

As a Teacher

1. Log in to VANAS LMS as a Teacher.

2. Select the My Learners menu.

3. Locate the desired learner.

4. Click View Desktop.

You will now be able to view the learner’s desktop.
