Organization administrators can reduce their description at any time, before or after their cut-off date or contract.
For example, administrators can reduce the number of licences before their contract end date.
- Access your FAME Admin account
- Click on Add Licenses to see the pricing information.
- Click on Billing
- Select Renewal Options
- Select Reduce my Contract (Read the information regarding your contract end date)
- Enter the new number of licences
- Confirm by pressing the Apply Changes button
