School administrators have full authority and control of their accounts including their payment options, methods, frequency and more.
Login to FAME as an administrator
- In the Billing menu you will be presented with a summary of your account
- Under the Add Licences tab you can modify the number of licenses your school is using
- Under the Payment History tab you will find all of your invoices
- Under the credit card tab, you'll be able to find your credit card information
To make any changes to your contract follow these steps:
- Login to FAME as an administrator
- Select the Billing menu
- Select the option that best suits your account: Auto-renew my contract, Reduce my contract, Switch to Monthly / Academic Year plan, Cancel your account
Emails communications will be sent to your administrator account holder notifying of any modification or upcoming changes. Please check your spam folder.
