How to Create Student Enrollment and Contract Templates in VANAS LMS

Summary:
VANAS LMS allows institutions to create custom student enrollment and contract templates. These templates are linked to specific programs and are automatically populated with information from the student’s application, tuition details, program data, and more. Students can sign contracts electronically.

Steps to Create a Contract Template

1. Log in to VANAS LMS with your Admin account

2. From the left menu, select Templates

3. Click the New Template + button

4. Enter the Subject of the contract

5. Design the contract using the Rich Text Editor

6. Select the Contract category

7. Choose a Header and Footer

8. Click Save
