Set Tuition Rates, Application Fees, and Payment Options

Summary:
This article explains how to enter tuition rates and configure payment options for your programs in VANAS LMS. Both tuition and payment settings are managed per location and delivery mode.

VANAS LMS – Administrators, Teacher Admins


Tuition Information

  1. Log in as an Administrator or Teacher Admin

  2. From the left menu, select Courses Management

  3. Click on the Tuition Information tab

  4. Select the Location

  5. Enter the corresponding Tuition Rates and Fees for each program

Payment Options

VANAS LMS supports four predefined payment options per delivery mode. You cannot add more. If you do not use all four, simply leave the unused options blank.

  1. Log in as an Administrator or Teacher Admin

  2. From the left menu, select Courses Management

  3. Click on the Payment Options tab

  4. Select the Location

  5. Select the Delivery Mode (e.g., Online, Combined)

  6. Enter up to four Payment Options

    • Leave blank any options you don’t use

    • Enter the interest rate per option and the VANAS LMS will calculate the total amount so you don't have to.
